Caroline Wilcock

Caroline Wilcock is a seasoned Senior User Researcher with extensive experience in user research within the banking and media sectors, currently employed at Monzo Bank since August 2022 and previously at the Financial Times from March 2020 to August 2022. Caroline began their career as a User Researcher at Bulb from January 2018 to March 2020, and prior to that held roles as Service Architect and Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu from September 2013 to August 2016. Academically, Caroline holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Computer Interaction from UCL (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Essex (2010-2013).
