Michael Henson

Michael Henson is a Partner in the Real Estate, Investment Funds, Real Estate Capital Markets, and Tax practices. Michael works primarily in the areas of real estate equity finance and corporate transactions, including joint ventures, private equity investments, fund formation, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Michael regularly advises developers, sponsors, and investors in connection with equity investments in commercial real estate transactions, including structuring, negotiating and drafting partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, and other joint venture-related agreements documenting equity investments in retail, multi-family, hotel, industrial and office properties.
