Peter Capizzi has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer at MSA Security since January 2019. In this position, they were responsible for driving cultural change, improving profitability, and upgrading talent within the company. Prior to their current role, Peter held various leadership positions at Prudential Financial, where they led global HR functions, conducted HR due diligence for acquisitions, and implemented strategic initiatives to improve leadership development and organization effectiveness. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong skills in employee relations, compensation management, and change management.
Peter Capizzi received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Peter also obtained additional certifications including the CLU & Senior Professional in HR from SPHR and an Organizational Development Certificate from the NTL Institute.
