Andrew Wang

Andrew Wang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Director at Mubadala since May 2024, Andrew has previously held the position of Managing Director at BPEA EQT from October 2022 to December 2023, following the merger of BPEA and EQT. Andrew's earlier role as Principal at Baring Private Equity Asia spanned a decade, where significant contributions were made to various high-profile buyouts in Greater China, including the privatization of education and technology companies. Prior to entering private equity, Andrew acquired foundational experience in investment analysis at Morgan Stanley and project management consulting at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, alongside roles in product development at Procter & Gamble and engineering project management at GE Advanced Materials. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
