Throughout this tenure, Felix has held various titles including Referent Qualitätsmanagement Vertrieb and Quality Manager Sales. Felix has acted as a short-term expert for several international projects funded by the European Commission and KfW, including urban heat service reform in Ulan Ude, thermal power rehabilitation in Tashkent, environmental protection of Lake Ohrid in Macedonia, and a feasibility study for water supply services in Montenegro. Prior to MVV Energie AG, Felix worked in marketing at Ernst Klett Verlag from 1990 to 1994. Felix holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (Univ.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Vordiplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Freiburg.
