Jessie Mongeon

Jessie Mongeon is a Senior Technical Writer at Mysten Labs since August 2025, with a strong background in technical documentation and developer experience improvement. Previously, Jessie held senior technical writing positions at DFINITY and Filebase, focusing on comprehensive developer documentation, including strategic content and technical guides for the Internet Computer and Web3. Prior roles included experience as a Technical Writer at Flexential, where Jessie managed incident response and troubleshooting, and as a Junior Linux System Administrator at TechSquare, where documentation for high-performance compute clusters was created. Education includes a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology and Security from Elms College.
