Kiantha Duncan is an accomplished columnist and leadership consultant with extensive experience in community service and advocacy. Currently, Kiantha serves as the "Soulful Living" columnist for Spokane Coeur d'Alene Living Magazine and the "Dear Kiantha" advice columnist for The Spokesman-Review. As the President of the NAACP since December 2020, Kiantha has demonstrated a commitment to civil rights and social justice. Kiantha also contributes as a columnist for Black Lens News and leads Conversations with Kiantha. Previous roles include Program Officer at Empire Health Foundation, Director of Housing Services at New Horizons, Program Manager at Compass Housing Alliance, and Project Manager at YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish. Kiantha's leadership experience is further highlighted by serving as the Executive Director of Seattle Black Pride.
