Elliot Hearn

Elliot Hearn, CBCP, CTPRP, serves as the Manager of Risk and Resilience at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at CVS Health from October 2015 to August 2022 as Business Continuity Manager in Enterprise Resiliency, leading a team in support of over 200 business continuity plans and ensuring accountability through established performance goals. Earlier roles at CVS Health included Senior Business Continuity Analyst and Business Continuity Analyst. Elliot's career began at Equity National Title as a Settlement Coordinator from August 2012 to September 2015 and included a customer service position at Citizens Bank from August 2011 to June 2012. Elliot holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Rhode Island, obtained in 2011.
