Kristin Harpe

Kristin Harpe is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NetJets since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held various leadership positions at Concentrix from October 2018 to August 2023, including Vice President of People Solutions and Vice President of Talent Management. Kristin's career also includes significant contributions to Convergys, where roles spanned from Senior Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development to Director of Operations Leadership Capability. Earlier experience encompasses leadership positions at The Limited and Victoria's Secret, focusing on store operations, as well as organizational transformation and learning roles at Limited Brands. Kristin holds an MBA from Capital University and a BS in BA from Youngstown State University.
