Roman Shkolnik is an experienced FPGA Engineer at Netline Communications Technologies (NCT) since September 2020, specializing in designing and implementing FPGA solutions for RF jammers and real-time signal processing applications. Proficient in VHDL and experienced with FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado and ModelSim.
