Prof. Wendling got his Engineer Diploma from the Technological University of Compiegne (France), his Master’s degree in bio-engineering from Georgia Tech (USA) and a PhD in signal processing from the University of Rennes (France). He has developed advanced diagnostic methods based on nonlinear dynamics and electrophysiological signal processing from large-scale models to explain tES effects on brain activity, in epilepsy and consciousness (H2020, FET-Open project Luminous, 2014-20).
