Jason Abiva

Jason Abiva serves as the Director of Real Estate & Workplace Resources at Newmont Corporation since October 2010, overseeing real estate, facilities, and office services while managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Jason held several positions, including Director of Legal Administration at Qwest Communications, where responsibilities included managing the Legal Department's operations and contingency planning. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Administrator at Ballard Spahr LLP, where overall law office functions were managed, and a Military Training Manager in the United States Air Force, supervising training activities. Jason also held a managerial role in Legal Issues at CenturyLink, focusing on personnel development. Jason holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Organizational Leadership, both from Regis University.
