Allen Shaheen

Allen Shaheen is an experienced leader with a diverse background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Datavail and an Independent Board Director at NewRocket, Allen previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Cognizant from 2004 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic initiatives, M&A efforts, and client relations. As the owner of Taras Consulting from 2002 to 2006, Allen specialized in change management and organizational alignment. Prior roles include CEO of ArsDigita and Executive Vice President at Cambridge Technology Partners, where international business was significantly expanded. Allen began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Applied Sciences from the same institution.
