Jenny Hathaway

Jenny Hathaway is a highly experienced interior design professional with a focus on luxury senior housing development across all phases, including independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), and memory care (MC). Currently serving as VP of Design at NexCore Group since May 2025, Jenny previously held the position of Director of Interior Design at Kisco Senior Living and spent eight years at Balfour Senior Living in various design leadership roles. Prior experience includes founding Hathaway Group, offering comprehensive interior architecture services, and working as a Senior Project Designer at Slifer Designs, managing hospitality and development projects. Jenny's expertise is underscored by a solid educational foundation in Interior Architecture from Kansas State University.
