Sonali Hanson

Sonali Hanson is a legal and engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Managing Director at Nextpoint Law Group since June 2023, Sonali has held multiple positions at Nextpoint since May 2016, including General Counsel and Director of Legal Services. As a freelance Intellectual Property Attorney since August 2015, responsibilities include drafting opinion letters, filing trademarks and patents, and creating distribution agreements. Prior experience as a Legal Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. involved contract drafting, review, and compliance oversight.
