Zeyu Zhang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of photonics. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Nexus Photonics since April 2021, Zeyu has progressed through roles including Staff Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Photonic Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at UCSB from September 2015 to April 2021 and as a Research Assistant at Clemson University, where Zeyu implemented finite difference beam propagation methods to study light propagation in Ho:YAG single crystal fiber. Zeyu's educational background includes a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clemson University.
