Andrew Herkes

Andrew Herkes is a seasoned professional in service design and transformation with extensive experience across various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Nile since February 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Service Designer and Business Readiness Lead - Transformation at esure Group from January 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, Andrew worked at NatWest Group as a Transformation Lead from May 2018 to December 2020. Andrew's career began at RBS, where a broad range of roles was undertaken from August 2002 to May 2018, including Product Owner, Senior Service Designer, Senior Change Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Incident Analyst, and Payables Officer.
