Lindsay McChesney is currently the Training & Development Manager at NinjaOne. Lindsay has been with NinjaOne since January of 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for creating both internal and external documentation and videos, designing material for and facilitating new employee onboarding training, and analyzing other training needs and facilitating training sessions accordingly.

Previously, Lindsay was a Support Engineer at NinjaOne, providing technical support via email and phone for NinjaRMM partners. Prior to their time at NinjaOne, Lindsay worked as a Technical Specialist at Apple. At Apple, Lindsay was responsible for software support and troubleshooting for Apple devices at the Genius Bar. In addition to their Genius Bar duties, Lindsay also served on the Mentor Team, Visuals Team, and Workshop Team. As a member of the Mentor Team, Lindsay facilitated training modules and assisted in knowledge validation for all team members. On the Visuals Team, they maintained standards for the look and feel of the store. And as part of the Workshop Team, they designed and presented a variety of hour-long workshops for use of specified Apple products.

Lindsay's experience in technical support, training, and development makes their an ideal candidate for their current role at NinjaOne. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt to ever-changing needs ensures that NinjaOne employees are always getting the best possible training and support.

After completing their undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Lindsay McChesney pursued a certification from PADI in Advanced Open Water Diver.
