Lorette Roetenberg has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Chief Human Resources Officer at Nobian since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various senior HR positions at DSM, including SVP HR DSM Food Specialties, SVP HR DSM Cluster Materials & Global Innovation Center, and VP Human Resources DSM Resins & Functional Materials. Lorette also served as Global HR Director at DSM and held HR management roles at Amgen, GE Plastics, and Pechiney/Alcan.
Lorette Roetenberg completed their Master's degree in Executive Coaching at the University of Amsterdam from 2016 to 2017. Lorette also attended the London Business School in 2007 to study HR strategy in changing organizations. In 1988 to 1992, Lorette attended Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen to study Quality.
