Derek Vanderpool

Derek Vanderpool is an experienced professional in the field of Epic systems design, integration, and implementation, currently serving as a Managed Services Epic Security Application Advisor at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Derek held positions as a Senior Epic Security Analyst and Senior Systems Epic Beacon Analyst at ProHealth Care from October 2012 to November 2019, and as a Senior System Epic Analyst at Froedtert Hospital from February 2007 to October 2012. Derek's work has primarily focused on supporting multiple hospitals, including a level one trauma center and various clinics in Southeast Wisconsin, with a strong emphasis on business analysis and workflow-based application customization. Derek holds a Master of Science in Medical Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
