Clarisse de Moustier (Chapat) currently serves as Head of Legal at Nuvisan since July 2020 and previously held the position of Corporate Legal Counsel. Prior to Nuvisan, Clarisse worked at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei from November 2016 to July 2020 as an Avocat à la Cour specializing in antitrust law. Clarisse also gained experience at Clifford Chance LLP from January 2013 to October 2016, where roles included Avocat à la Cour and a final internship in the antitrust department. Additional experience includes a secondment with Willis focused on compliance, as well as internships at the DGCCRF and the Autorité de la concurrence, among others. Academic qualifications include a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat from the Ecole de formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris, a Master in European Union Law and Competition Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and a Master in Droit économique from Sciences Po, complemented by study at McGill University and the University of St. Gallen.
