With expertise in managing kitchen operations for both private clubs and large-scale catering to international airlines, David has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation in menu development and kitchen management. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, David has contributed significantly to various culinary operations, most notably lowering food costs and enhancing food quality in several previous roles.
