Steve George

Steve George is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Global Quality Manager for the Thermal Management Segment at nVent since March 2018, Steve leads global quality initiatives for trusted brands like Raychem and Nuheat. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Head of Quality at Snapfish, Alumni Examiner for the National Baldridge Quality Program, and Quality Director at Toppan Photomasks, where Steve coordinated QA/QC programs across multiple sites. With a strong foundation in ISO and QS9000 systems from their tenure at DuPont Photomasks, Steve also possesses an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Mathematics from Oregon State University.
