Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax and transfer pricing. Currently serving as the India Tax Head at nVent since May 2022, Vikas leads corporate tax initiatives and supports business teams with tax-related queries and compliance. Prior to this role, Vikas held the position of Associate Director at Deloitte from November 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing transfer pricing compliance, advancing pricing agreements, and conducting health checks on multinational companies concerning BEPS action plans. Vikas also worked as a Taxation Manager at HSBC Bank, overseeing tax matters related to cross-border transactions, and began the career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG India, focusing on transfer pricing compliance and advisory services.
