Bryony Marshall

Bryony Marshall has a diverse work experience, showcasing their expertise in investment companies, angel investing, and strategic project management. Bryony currently holds the position of Principal at Octopus Investments, where they manage investments of retail and institutional investors. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Pelican Ag and served as an Angel Investor at Alma Angels. Bryony also held the role of Head of Special Projects at NAAMA, where they provided strategic oversight and implemented various initiatives. Bryony has previously worked as the Head of Operations at Spill and as an Associate Director at OMERS Ventures and OMERS Private Equity. Bryony has also served as a Board Member and Chairperson at Vara and Beyond The Classroom, respectively. Before their venture into investments, they gained valuable experience in transaction management as an Associate at Hawkpoint, where they handled various tasks across the retail and consumer sector.

Bryony Marshall holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed in 2005. Bryony also earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from the same university in the same year. Prior to attending university, Bryony obtained a Higher School Certificate from James Ruse Agricultural High School. In 2018, they completed the OMERS Directors Program at The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School.
