Andrew Hogan

Andrew Hogan has extensive experience in the coffee industry and operations management, currently serving as Team Lead for Onsite Implementation at Odeko since March 2022, following a role as Onsite Implementation Specialist. Prior to Odeko, Andrew co-founded and directed kula coffee co. from 2019 to 2022 and held multiple managerial roles at Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee from 2016 to 2019, focusing on cafe operations and training program development. Andrew's background includes profit and loss responsibility, team leadership, vendor negotiations, and operational streamlining across various roles, including General Manager and Regional Manager. Andrew began the career in customer service roles, including as a Barista and Shift Lead, and has further experience in management and staff development from positions at YMCA of the Rockies, Prestige Valet Services, and Vector Marketing. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
