Rob Morvillo

Rob Morvillo serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Olo since July 2022, managing all legal issues and advising the C-Suite and Board of Directors on risk matters. Prior to Olo, Rob held several positions at Diebold Nixdorf from June 2015 to July 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology contracting. Rob also led the implementation of Ethics & Compliance programs in various capacities at Diebold Nixdorf. Earlier experience includes positions at Morvillo LLP, the Southern District of New York, and Goodwin, focusing on white-collar criminal investigations and litigation. Rob earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University in 2001.
