Jacci Green holds multiple human resources certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SC, and AWI-CH, and has extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ONE Gas since September 2022, Jacci provides HR consulting to department leaders, focusing on talent attraction and compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to this, Jacci worked at Williams in several capacities, including Employee Relations & HR Policy Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner III, where responsibilities included conducting investigations and developing strategies for workforce planning and talent engagement. Jacci's earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Advisor at Samson Resources and various positions at QuikTrip, encompassing HR management, compensation, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include a BS in Marketing and an MS in Teaching Learning & Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
