Yashar Turgut is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in housing and technology. Currently serving as Chair at One Manchester and Henhurst Ridge Academy, Yashar also contributes as an Audit Committee Member at Livv Housing Group. Founder of Securecom Limited, Yashar developed a successful strategy that grew the company’s turnover to approximately £2 million, alongside significant profits. Previous leadership roles include Chair at Evolve Facility Services Limited, which reported a turnover of around £50 million, and Managing Director at Safegard Solutions Limited, a joint venture focused on integrated security solutions. Yashar's governance experience spans multiple organizations, with non-executive roles at The Riverside Group and Community Seven Limited. Yashar holds a BSc and MSc in Electronics from The University of Manchester.
