Cindy Teaster has been working at Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce and OneSpartanburg, Inc. since June 1987 as the Director of Leadership Development. Cindy is also involved with Leadership Spartanburg and Junior Leadership Spartanburg. Teaster attended Spartanburg High School and Winthrop College from 1979 to 1985.
