Shaun Neal

Shaun Neal currently serves as the Head of Fulfillment at OpenStore, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Warehousing and Delivery Operations at Fernish, Director of E-Commerce Operations at Loloi Rugs, and Senior Operations Manager at Grove Collaborative, among others. Shaun has a solid background in operations and logistics, having begun his career at Amazon as a Senior HR Consultant/Employee Relations Advisor and Inbound/Outbound Manager. Notably, Shaun served in the United States Air Force for over a decade, fulfilling key roles such as Global Strike Command HQ Staff Officer and RC-135 Reconnaissance Navigator. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Norwich University and a Master of Science in Security Management from Bellevue University.
