Joe Lohr is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as Vice President of Cyber Security Advisory at Optiv since 2020, after holding the position of Senior Director and CISO Advisor. Prior to this, Joe gained valuable experience at NTT Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Global Product Management focusing on cyber security products. Joe's expertise extends to cyber threat detection from a role as Senior Product Manager at Alert Logic and includes significant experience in global product management at NTT Ltd. Joe's career also includes leadership positions in information security at Infogroup and Aviva, along with consulting experience at Deloitte. Joe's technical foundation was established as a Software Engineer at Principal Financial Group and is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Briar Cliff University.
