Zoe Sharp brings significant experience to Optoro’s legal team, advising in businesses and regulatory environments on legal, financial and compliance issues.
Previously, she worked in legal and policy roles at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and as in-house counsel specializing in litigation at Sallie Mae, Inc. Earlier in her career, she practiced as a general litigator at the law firm Williams & Connolly LLP and served as a law clerk to Judge Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Zoe received her BA from Yale University, a JD from Stanford Law School, and a Master's in Accounting from American University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and New York.
