Matt Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, corporate strategy, and employee experience. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at P.B. Bell since July 2025, Matt focuses on fostering career success through transparency and communication while nurturing a culture of creativity and integrity. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Corporate Strategy & Implementation Manager at Mayfield Residential, where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives and leading expansion projects in the Phoenix-Metro market. Earlier roles at Mark-Taylor, Inc. encompassed Manager of Employee Experience and Assistant Manager of Brand and Communication, alongside a tenure as Senior Sales & Training Specialist at Mark-Taylor Residential. Matt's educational background includes attendance at Millikan High School from 2001 to 2005.
