Steve Wagner MSW, LCSW, RPT, CCTP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work, education, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at the YMCA of Delaware since June 2025 and as the Founder of Bridge to Connection since May 2020, Steve has designed and facilitated professional development programs aimed at enhancing resilience and psychological safety in educational settings. Previous roles include Chief Learning Officer at CADES, Board Member at Chester County Family Academy, and various clinical leadership positions at multiple organizations, where Steve implemented trauma-informed practices and led training initiatives.
