Marshal Akbar is an accomplished FGDP Mine Infrastructure Engineer at Pamapersada Nusantara since June 2023, with a robust background in civil engineering and education. Previously, at Creative Station from November 2022 to June 2023, Marshal designed and implemented 144 courses that enhanced software skills for architecture, civil engineering, and geoscience students and professionals. In an earlier role as a Teaching Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Marshal supported various undergraduate courses in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, hydrology, and structural engineering. Additional experience includes contributions as a Site Assistant Intern at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, where significant project milestones were achieved, and as a Civil Engineering Intern at Pelindo 1, focusing on foundation redesign and construction management evaluations. Marshal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
