In this role, David has been pivotal in establishing the Customer Success team, implementing business metrics, driving growth in esports, and ensuring seamless customer transitions. Prior experience includes a Deployment Strategist role at Palantir Technologies, where David led significant user engagement strategies and managed end-to-end software deployments for government clients. David has also held key positions at Uber as Restaurant Operations Manager, where impressive sales growth was achieved, and in various finance roles, including account executive and FX trader at Saxo Bank and Credit Agricole CIB. David holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s degree in Banking/Finance from ESSCA.
