Renaud Thuy is a seasoned professional in the field of solution architecture and customer success, currently serving as a Solution Architect at Payplug since August 2023. Prior to this role, Renaud held the position of Manager, Customer Success at Checkout.com, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile clients including WINAMAX, Veepee, and QONTO. Renaud's extensive experience also includes a decade at Payline by Monext, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Integration & Customer Management Team and project management for major accounts.
