Patricia Lapaglia

Patricia LaPaglia is an experienced professional in workplace and employee experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Workplace and Employee Experience at Pendo.io since December 2015. With prior roles at Pendo.io as Director of Culture and Employee Experience and Director of Field Marketing, LaPaglia has demonstrated expertise in fostering a positive workplace culture.
