Len Casciole has extensive experience in asset management and loan collection, currently serving as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at Penn Community Bank since September 2017. Previously, Len sought new opportunities from August 2016 and held positions at National Penn as VP of Retail Special Assets, where responsibilities included the preservation and liquidation of company-owned assets, as well as management of the Retail Loan Collection Department from April 2002 to July 2016. Len also worked at KNBT from April 2002 to February 2008 as VP of Asset Recovery, focusing on the liquidation of assets and managing the Retail Loan Collection Department. Earlier career experience includes managing the mortgage loan collection department at PNB/Vista Bank from November 1996 to April 2002.
