Bobby Robinson

Bobby Robinson is an experienced leader in the services and reservation industry, currently serving as Senior Director of the Services Reservation Center at PetSmart since September 2015. In this role, Bobby is accountable for full P&L management and strategic direction of a multi-channel inbound reservation center, overseeing over 200 associates and 200+ PetSmart PetsHotels. Key responsibilities include strategic initiatives, process improvements, sales growth, training, workforce management, and overall operations. Prior to PetSmart, Bobby spent 17 years at Pegasus Solutions, holding various positions including Director of Voice Services, where responsibility encompassed global voice reservations and customer service contact centers, alongside telephony and mobile network infrastructure and operations. Bobby began the professional journey as Manager of Global Reservation Services Operations and Planning and Supervisor of Operations Planning. Education includes studies at Glendale Community College.
