Pete Iannetta is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at PetSure Australia since March 2018. In this role, Pete leads teams across multiple countries to enhance customer experiences while leveraging technology for pet health and well-being. Previous roles at PetSure include Customer Service Operations Manager and Operations Planning Manager, focusing on performance improvements and strategic planning. With a foundation in contact center operations at Optus, where Pete held various leadership positions including Director of Planning, Partnership & Technology, skills also extend to consultative projects and earlier experience managing call centers for Pizza Hut. Pete co-founded Iannetta & Downey Computing Consultants, contributing to software development for efficient inventory management.
