Souad Ghosn-Saab has extensive experience in tax counsel and director roles in various multinational companies. From 2019 onwards, they served as the Senior Tax Counsel/Senior Director at Pfizer, where they led US tax planning and was actively involved in M&A activities and business integration teams. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2019, they worked at WarnerMedia as the Senior Tax Counsel/Executive Director, providing advice on tax planning projects and collaborating with internal and external advisors. From 2002 to 2009, they served as the Tax Counsel/Director at ViacomCBS, advising on international tax aspects and implementing cash repatriation plans. Souad began their career at KPMG in 1998 as a Senior Tax Associate.
Souad Ghosn-Saab obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School between 1995 and 1998. Subsequently, between 1999 and 2001, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Tax at New York University School of Law.
