Umair Siddiqui is the President at Phase Four, where M Umair has led the development and deployment of the first commercial RF propulsion system in history. M Umair is also a Consultant and CTO at West Virginia University, where M Umair worked on novel RF plasma heating techniques and laser induced fluorescence techniques. Umair holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
