Vaios Gkitsas is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Upset since 2023, Vaios also founded and leads Spool-App, an AI-driven platform designed to enhance sales team efficiency. As the SaaStock City Leader, Vaios organizes events that support SaaS businesses across Europe. Additional roles include hosting the SaaSpects podcast, serving as Executive in Residence at Hub71, and mentoring at 500 Startups. Previous ventures include founding Flashchat and Forward., both focused on conversational marketing solutions. Vaios holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and has completed various entrepreneurial courses from prestigious institutions such as Imperial College and Stanford University.
