Vijay Ajmera

Vijay Ajmera has extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance at PhonePe since April 2019. Prior to this role, Vijay co-founded and served as CEO of FundsCorner, a digital lending NBFC in India, from August 2016 to January 2019. Vijay was the Business Head at Capital Assist, part of the Snapdeal Seller Financing Program from August 2014 to June 2016, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at Snapdeal, playing a crucial role in establishing its finance function. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Controller at NDTV Limited and Associate Manager at Infosys, with initial roles in statutory and internal audits at Kalani & Co. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rajasthan.
