Heidi Väkeväinen

Heidi Väkeväinen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors including technology, energy, and corporate law. Since April 2015, Heidi has served as Group Senior Legal Counsel at Planmeca Oy, providing legal support across global jurisdictions in commercial contracts and several other legal areas. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as a Legal Counsel at Fortum Corporation, focusing on M&A, data protection, and compliance matters. Previous positions include Senior Associate at Merilampi Attorneys, Legal Counsel at F-Secure Corporation, and Associate at Mäkitalo Rantanen & Co Ltd, with early experience as a Deputy Judge at the Helsinki District Court. Heidi holds a Master's degree from King's College London and is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
