Ron Hendrixson

Ron Hendrixson is an accomplished talent and HR executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at FinditParts since June 2022, Ron oversees all talent and HR functions and leads the People Ops Team through periods of growth and fundraising. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Galiher & Hendrixson, providing specialized services for tech startups, fashion, and social media companies. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Acquisition at JCPenney, Co-Founder and General Manager of Walker Talent Group, and Chief Talent Officer of RC Hendrixson and Associates. A significant tenure at Apple involved creating the original SWAT Team for executive recruiting, working closely with senior leadership including Steve Jobs and Tim Cook. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego and an MBA in Management from Pepperdine University.
