Tom Hetherington

Tom Hetherington serves as the General Counsel at Point Wild, previously known as Pango Group, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Tom Hetherington held the position of Chief Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Aura from December 2021 to January 2024. Tom Hetherington's extensive legal background also includes five years as Director and Practice Group Leader in the Office of the General Counsel at PwC, and a tenure as Assistant General Counsel focused on M&A, Venture Capital, and Commercial matters at Verizon Media. Earlier in the career, Tom Hetherington worked as an Associate in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
