Eoin Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2001, they started their career as an Editor at Viewlondon.co.uk and worked there until 2005. In 2009, they joined The Pokémon Company International as a Localization Editor and later transitioned to become an English Lead Editor and then a Merchandise Development Manager - Publishing and Entertainment. In this role, they were responsible for conceptualizing and creating new product lines and overseeing the creation of books, DVDs, and games by partners. Eoin left the company in 2020. In 2021, they briefly worked as an English Editor at Turn 10 Studios before returning to The Pokémon Company International as the English Editing Manager for the Non-Video Game team. Eoin manages editing needs for Pokémon TCG, Pikachu Press, Pokemon.com, and other internal or external projects not related to video games.

Eoin Sanders attended Fettes College in Edinburgh, Scotland from 1989 to 1992. Eoin then moved on to Royal School Dungannon and studied there from 1992 to 1994. Finally, Eoin pursued higher education at the University of Essex from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art and Philosophy.
